Title: Sales Coordinator Internship
Description:
- Provide exceptional sales support to the Sales Team.
- Coordinate and schedule on time shipments and orders.
- Communicate with clients, including bookstores, retail stores, etc. via e-mail and phone.
- Organize and monitor ongoing sales projects and client communication.
- Establish relationships with clients and provide them with material and information via mail.
- Report to and work directly with diverse Sales Team.
- Opportunity to work in the fast paced, constantly changing sports industry.
Salary Level: Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications
Desired Start Date: October 19, 2011
Duration: Fall Semester and possible extension into Spring Semester
Approximate Hours Per Week: 20-25 hours per week
General Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
- Strong phone, e-mail, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage different projects and activities at once.
- Interest in Sports Marketing.
- Experience in Sales a plus.
- Must be able to drive to the SPORTS LOGO LIGHTS offices located in Phoenix.
