The Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program allows perspective associates the chance to learn “end-using” customers, world class distribution partners & internal stakeholders from the ground up. Immediate responsibility & impact are provided. It provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of our customers: Pro End User, Consumer End User, Store Manager, IC Buyer, etc.
MARKET
In a marketplace where first to market isn’t always right to market, Stanley Black & Decker has employed disciplined, end user driven product innovation as a key growth strategy since our inception almost 100 years ago. The chance to learn, collect, and communicate end user needs, applications and product requirements to our product development team ensures we get it right…first time, every time. It provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the environment: Big Box Accounts, Job Sites, Events, etc.
MANAGE

Successful candidates must have a four-year bachelor's degree, great communication skills, proven leadership experiences, and a strong work ethic. You must be willing to travel, work weekends, and be open to relocation.
