Position: Sales Associates in the Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP).

Responsibilities:
- Use your recent college training and outstanding persuasion skills to promote ACUVUE® Brand products.
- You will be trained to contact and communicate with Eye Care Professionals.
- In addition, you will be mentored as you develop excellent communication and sales skills which you can use to help launch your career in the medical device industry.
The program includes three phases. In phases 1 and 2, you will acquire industry knowledge and manage your own inside sales territory with quota responsibility via telephone. During phase 3 you will train in a field based territory. Within 24 months, successful Sales Associates will be promoted and relocated into a US field based territory. Applicants responding to this opportunity MUST be open to relocation.
Requirements:
- Must have a recent BA/BS degree (preferably in Marketing or Business), with a graduation date between December 2009 - May 2010.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Must have demonstrated leadership and success in extracurricular activities and/or work experiences (e.g., internships or part-time employment).
- Must be willing and able to relocate and acclimate quickly to new environments. This position requires relocation a minimum of two times within 24 months with uncertainty of final territory responsibility.
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 states and clean driving record are required.
- Must have enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills, and high level of integrity and moral standards.
- Strong organizational ability and time management skills is required.
- Must have passion to have a Sales career.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
