Developing Your Personal Brand

When developing your personal brand in college, it’s necessary to leverage your strengths/passions to benefit others.
If you have coding experience, host informal workshops by gathering some friends and aspiring coders and walk them through coding tips that you know.
If you’re a graphic designer, become THE Go-to person by offering your services to clubs, school events, and mentoring other aspiring graphic designers.
It’s all about being proactive rather than reactive.
Try not to be selfish with the gifts and skills that you have. Help your peers develop personally/professionally and you will witness a great ROR (Return on Relationship).
