As I'm working on my first marketing campaign at my internship, I came across a bit of a block. Writing subject lines and preview texts for emails is much harder than it looks. How many times have you skipped reading an email because you read the subject line and/or preview text and it didn't appeal to you? I know I have (more times than I can count).
So the question is, what can I do to make people actually read and engage with my emails? I don't want all this work to be for nothing.
